C & C Emergency Equipment issues a 1 year warranty on all merchandise which covers manufacturer’s defects. The warranty DOES NOT cover defects caused by customer abuse, negligence or mishandling. Merchandise is subject to inspection for repair or replacement and must be accompanied by the original invoice. C & C is not responsible for any damages caused by the product to any persons or vehicles. Use at your own risk. We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of customer receipt of merchandise. Returns of police lights, fire lights, emergency lights, vehicle warning lights, strobe kits, police LED lights, construction LED lights and all other merchandise must be authorized by a C & C Emergency Equipment representative. NO merchandise will be returned if original packaging has been opened. NO merchandise will be returned without the original invoice. Shipping costs the responsibility of the customer. COPSTICK - LIFETIME WARRANTY! If a CopStick breaks or quits for any reason, CopStick will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty applies to all products and is transferable to anyone who may own the light.
