LIFETIME WARRANTY! If a CopStick breaks or quits for any reason, CopStick will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty applies to all products and is transferable to anyone who may own the light.

Positions of lights are made from left to right and the colors available for all models are BLUE, RED, GREEN, WHITE, AMBER OR NONE. Each light comes with 10' of wire and can be hard wired or cigarette plug at no extra charge along with a complete mounting kit with two brakcets and 4 suction cups with screws. All CopSticks are impact and water resistant and can be used internally or externally (some exclusions apply)

(SF-3) The SF-3 flasher comes with your choice of hard wire or cigarette plug, mounting tabs and screws and a 3 pin plug for quick attachment to our CopSticks. The SF-3 will handle 20 CopStick led heads as well as negative ground, 12 volt powered led heads made by Whelen, Code 3, Sho-Me and most others. The SF-3 is water-resistant and completely backward-compatible with all previous CopSticks. As with all CopStick products, the SF-3 is covered by our nearly unlimited LIFETIME WARRANTY.

How long does it take to get my order?
All CopSticks are custom built and take about 3 days to build and test. Shipping takes 3-5 days to most US cities.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We have shipped CopSticks world-wide. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

What color LEDs are available?
Blue, red, amber, white and green.

Does it cost extra for blue or white?
NO, all of our LEDs are the same price.

Are CopSticks made in China (Taiwan, Mexico, Korea etc) and relabled by you?
Absolutely not! We produce every item we sell at our facility in Montgomery Alabama.

How long will a CopStick last?
Our LEDs last an average of 100,000 hours (about 10 years) of constant use.

How long is the warranty?
Lifetime of the product.

What does the warranty cover?
Every part of a CopStick is covered by our Lifetime Warranty. This warranty includes burned-out LEDs and/or fogging of the clear outer tube.

My CopStick was damaged in a wreck. Is it covered under warranty?
Send the CopStick back to us and we’ll assess the damage. If possible, we’ll repair it free.

How long will the repair take?
We guarantee your CopStick will be repaired with 24 hours.

Are CopSticks waterproof?
No, but they are water resistant. All original style CopSticks can be used as exterior lighting, including marine environments. CopStick flashers and the new Elite lights are intended for interior mounting.
